I am talking about math today 🥲. But I am good at math but it just is not my favorite. We have been dividing decimals and multiplying them but to be honest, I already know how to do it because of Kumon. I will explain Kumon in my next blog. But usually math is a fun environment plus my teacher is awesome . But that is all I have to say bye ✌️.

I am going to be talking about my class band . We are going to have a concert on February 28th, 2023 at 7:30 i think that is the time. But we have been reading sheet music like the picture, we have also been listening by ear. We have been learning new notes like A flat and B flat but high. I play the flute and it is hard but really fun. Sometimes our teacher gets kinda mad because SOME TRUMPETS ARE NOT PRACTICING but not trying to get mad. They are really not practicing. But sorry for rating them out but that is all I have say about band, bye 👋

My school took our whole grade to the NC Museum of Natural Sciences. So there was groups of two advisors. Then those groups toured the museum together. We went to all the floors there was animals, weather, space, bugs, dinosaurs and the race exhibit. Then after we toured 3 floors we went to have lunch. When we went back in we toured the 1st floor. Then went to the capital. When we were around the capital there was statues of old men that were confederate leaders. There was a statue of the Korean War and the soldiers who fought in it. In the museum there was real animals, displays of animals and much much more. In the bus it was amazing the people were singing songs and at the end we said thank you to the bus driver. In L.A. class we are reading the book The Last Cuentista by Donna Higuera. In the book, the main character has to leave earth to live on a new planet. We had an assignment to make our version a perfect planet so here is a picture of my perfect planet and a description of my perfect planet.

The planet that I made is called Candy Land. The location of my planet is right behind Jupiter. The plants are very colorful. Look at the pictures for references. There are a lot of trees that are pink and purple. There are plants and grass that are made out of candy but at the same time if you go some way down the road there is an enchanted forest where the mythical creatures live , with their cabins and cottages in the woods.

Now let me talk about the way things are working around here. So everyone gets along most of the time unless someone steals something of theirs. Fairies are the ones who control everyone basically like the president or mayor of the planet. 

 

The technology is advanced like flip phones but better than old flip phones. But in the Candy Land part they have candy phones and like the transportation is candy buses , candy cars and candy airplanes. But in the forest everyone walks out from the forest and then takes a bus or a car.

 

My animals are normal forest animals but they have powers and they are different colors than usual forest animals. There is a picture down below of a rabbit. Their powers vary from like explosion power, Ice powers, fire powers, acid powers, water breathing, and etc.

 

The days are 100 hours and the weather is mostly always clear but in the enchanted forest it mostly rains . But now this is a day in the life of a fairy who runs the whole planet. Her name is Flora. 4:30 AM: Wake up 5:00: Shower 5:30: skincare 6:30: Makeup. Her makeup is some mascara, blush,sparkles,eyeshadow and a pinch of fairy dust. 6:40: get dressed. 7:10: go off and kill off the evil spirits. 8:10: go to her office and go to meetings about the planet. 9:10: sign papers. 11:10: walk to the lunchroom. 11:20: have lunch. 12:10: get back to work. 5:10: drives back home.

5:30: sits down and watches some things on youflix (basically a combo of YouTube and Netflix). 7:30: make dinner. 8:00: eat dinner. 9:00: gets ready for bed and reads. 11:00: goes to bed. But that is a day in the life of Flora the mayor of candy land.(They don’t have a president) but that is all I have to say about candy land. Thank you for listening.
